Calance accesses calendar data stored on your device only after you grant Full Calendar Access.This may include:- Event titles
- Dates and times
- Calendar names
- Locations
- Notes
- All-day event informationThis data is used solely to display your calendar information within Calance and its widgets.
Data Processing
Calance does not operate its own backend service for calendar data.Your calendar data is not transmitted to Calance servers and is not stored externally by Calance.
Accounts
Calance does not require or provide user accounts.
Analytics, Advertising and Tracking

- Third-party advertising or analytics SDKs
Local Data
Some app preferences, such as selected calendars and display settings, are stored locally on your device.Widget configuration, including selected calendar sources, is also stored locally through Apple's system frameworks.
Calendar Permissions
You can change or revoke Calance's access to your calendars at any time in the iOS Settings app.If calendar access is revoked, Calance can no longer display your calendar events.
Data Retention and Deletion
Calance does not retain your calendar data on external servers.Locally stored Calance preferences are removed when you delete the app from your device.Your original calendar data remains managed by the calendar services configured on your device.
Third-Party Services
Calance relies on Apple system frameworks such as EventKit and WidgetKit to access and display calendar information.Calance does not share your calendar data with third-party advertising, analytics or tracking services.
